Paid plans are billed on the cadence described on our Pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with advance notice to active customers.

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable scrap metal recycling regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the Service without our written consent.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of the transaction, customer, and compliance data you enter into BuyScrapSoftware. We use that data solely to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit.
